One that I had wanted to read for a long time and have managed this summer is The China Study by Dr Colin Campbell. It outlines what is probably the biggest study ever carried out in the relationship between food and illness (particularly cancer and heart disease) and also brings together conclusions from numerous other studies...

A great book to read, however I probably would not have shared this on my blog if I hadn't have watched a documentary last night which explains most of the The China Study and much more in an entertaining hour and a half... and I found a link to watch it free on the internet...
