Ingredients
Almond 'mush' - what is left over after making your own almond milk
Oats
Maple syrup
raisins or sultanas
Chopped hazelnuts or coconut or sesame seeds or whatever you like in biscuits!
Directions
Heat oven to 180 degrees.
Put left over almond mush in a mixing bowl and add in about an equal amount of oats
Mix in other ingredients
Mix together. If too wet add some more oats, if too dry add some fresh almond milk.
Put on baking tray lined with baking paper in small biscuit shapes
Bake for 30-40 minutes
Leave to cool and enjoy!
