Tasty local new potatoes boiled with their skins left on
Yummy fresh green beans - steamed until cooked but still a bit crunchy
A big bunch of fresh coriander leaves
a handful of sunflower seeds
Dressing
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Grainy mustard
Mix the dressing in the bottom of a salad bowl
Add all the ingredients on top
When you are ready to eat - mix well and serve...
