Ingredients
a head of pak choy, washed and chopped into small pieces
olive oil
lemon - juice and zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp sumac (optional)
100g crumbled feta
Directions
Mix the olive oil and lemon juice and zest to make the dressing and then add in the chopped pak choy, mix well and leave it to stand for 5 minutes
Decorate with the sumac and feta (later mix well to serve)
