need a good blender

Ingredients:
1 bunch of purslane (pourpier)
3 leaves Chinese cabbage
1 avocados
juice of 1 lemon
olive oil
fleur de sel and black pepper
sprinkle of hemp seeds
Directions:
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Add some water if too thick.
Serve with some hemp seeds on top
why not try some grated frozen lemon on the top to serve? Wash a whole organic lemon and put it in the freezer for at least 24 hours - you can then grate it on the top of salads and soups...
