Ingredients
1 mug almonds (soaked overnight in cold water - then discard this water)
3-3.5 mugs cold water
Directions
Wash almonds well in a sieve
Put in a powerful blender (e.g. Vitamix) with water and blend for 1-2 minutes
Using a muslin cloth (available in International Home of Cooking or other good cooking shops)
Squeeze out the milk
Pour into a clean bottle (I use washed out bottles from passata!)
And there you have it - your own super fresh, super tasty almond milk.

Milk lasts 4-5 days in the fridge
