Ingredients
Kale leaves
Olive oil
Seasalt/ Fleur de sel
Directions
Heat the oven to 180 degrees
Pull the kale leaves of the stalk and roughly pull into bite sized pieces
Put out on the tray and drizzle some olive oil over the top and add a pinch of salt
Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes until crispy but not burnt
Enjoy as an aperitif or as a side vegetable... (with a beer, why not!!)
