Ingredients
1 bunch green asparagus - steamed
4 new potatoes - boiled in skins
1 jar chickpeas (rinsed)
1 red pepper, diced
Olive Oil, pepper and parmesan cheese to season
Directions
Chop asparagus and potatoes and put in large salad bowl
Add diced pepper and chickpeas and season with olive oil, pepper and parmesan cheese
Serve with some rocket pesto
